A personal
message.

I started Essor after realizing that the strongest partnerships are built when someone truly understands both sides of the equation.

Throughout my professional career, I learned how much difference clear communication, thoughtful strategy and genuine relationships can make. But I also saw that creators often needed someone who would genuinely represent their interests, while brands deserved a partner who understood their vision just as well.

That’s why I built Essor.

I believe the best partnerships happen when everyone feels heard, respected and confident in the process. My role is to create that environment by helping creators build sustainable careers while ensuring every brand partnership delivers real value.

Coming from a competitive athletic background, determination, discipline and long-term thinking have shaped the way I approach every relationship. I believe success is rarely built overnight. It comes from consistency, honesty and doing the right things repeatedly.

My ambition isn’t to build the biggest management agency. It’s to build one that people genuinely enjoy working with. If our creators and brand partners become our strongest advocates, then we’ve achieved exactly what Essor was created to do.
